David Padgett President and Director of Implementations and Custom Development

David has over 2 decades of experience working in the ERP and MRP software industries.  During these two decades David has enjoyed working closely with clients from all over the United States.  Each GLS client is unique and David has helped to find or create the solutions that address each client's unique business needs.  David has also designed and developed vertical products such as the ShipSuite product line in order to extend and improve the available functionality in our offerings.  In addition to being a trusted advisor to the GLS clients, David has worked as an advisor to other leading software vendors to offer guidance in the development of their products.

David has worked in the ERP and Manufacturing software industries since shortly after graduating from Florida State University (FSU) with a degree in Computer Science in 1993.  Over the past 20 years, he has worked with most of the major ERP & MRP software packages for small and mid-sized businesses. When not working, David enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. One of the family's favorite activities to do together is to play sports. The family stays busy with the children being involved in Basketball, Soccer, Ballet, Gymnastics, Swimming, Tae Kwan Do and Competiion Robotics. The family also likes to travel, resulting in the children having been to several countries. 

Elaine Padgett Chief Operations Officer

Elaine earned an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University. Her previous experience was in the insurance industry where over the last 2 decades she has been as a case manager for the corporate offices of AIG, Home Depot, and Crawford and Company. At GLS, Elaine's role is to spread the word about our products and services, as well as continuing to serve and educate our existing clients by providing them with product and industry information and training.

Dennis Drzewiecki Implementation Consultant and
Marketing Specialist

Dennis is an experienced entreprenuer with over 15 years of business management and technology experience including manufacturing, engineering, software development, distribution, and e-commerce.
He a diverse education background with degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. He is certified as a Sage X3 Implementation specialist and also supports us in marketing. 

Michele Strom Technical Consultant

Michele provides custom development and support to our clients. Michele has worked in the software industry since 2006 and is skilled several programming languages as well as in the SQL database language. Michele graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Computer Science.

Wendy Cichy Web Design & Crystal Report Developer

Wendy started Cichy Designs in 2010. Her advertising experience over the last two decades in print and digital markets bring a unique combination of skills to GLS clients. Since joining us last year, she has taken over the role of website design and development as well as Crystal Report development.
