Training

You can have the greatest technology or software in the world, but it is useless if no one knows how to use it properly. That is why we at Golden Lab Software place such a high value on training and implementation. We train and work with the users to show how the technology will improve their job performance. We answer their questions and listen to their concerns. We go into the "trenches" with the users as they perform their daily jobs. We use our experience to resolve any problems as they arrive.

With new technology, there is usually a period of adjustment. During this period, we can offer 24 hours support if needed. After the adjustment period, we continue to offer timely support. Any critical problems that occur are addressed immediately, and we can provide onsite support if necessary.
