PRO Tools - The System Maintenance Automator - Approved for Version 5.0 - 6.5. In Pro Series, it is recommended that you pack and re-index tables monthly at a minimum in order to keep the system running optimately.. However, if you have a large amount of data, this process can take hours and is often forgotten. PRO Tools allows you to schedule maintenance functions to automatically run at a preset time. In addition, you can schedule other maintenance functions, such as clearing flags/locks.

Custom Menu Expander - Approved for Version 5.0 - 6.5. Pro Series allows up to 10 custom menu items. Most customers run out of allotted space on this menu quickly. This is usually because of custom reports that are added to the custom menu for each access from any module. The Custom Menu Expander resolves this issue, by allowing a virtually unlimited number of menu options. It also allows you to set up privileges and filters that determine when the menu choice is available and to whom.

AutoShipper - Approved for Version 5.0 - 6.0. AutoShipper allows the customer to quickly tag all orders to ship at one time. The convenience of this feature makes this a great fit for all Pro Series users.

Company Copy - Approved for Version 5.0 - 6.5. There is no easy way to archive data built into Pro Series. The Company Copy add-on resolves this by quickly creating new company data sets that are exact copies of existing company data set. This allows you to quickly set up a company in Pro Series for testing, training, or archiving.

Combine-Like - Approved for Version 5.0 - 6.5. Pro Series Invoices and Sales Orders automatically combine line item, but many customers need more control over this feature. The Combine-Like add-on allows you to specify if and how line items are combined based upon up to 12 different criteria.
